Events

LJMU’s Research Cafés are designed to bring researchers from across the University together to discuss and share their expertise. Based around the concept of the Café Scientifique, these are informal gatherings where established academics, PhD students and early career researchers can share their research and practice. Organised by the Library Research Support team, these free lunchtime events will feature 10 minute talks from up to three different LJMU researchers and are held within each of our faculties during the academic year. Open to all staff, students and members of LJMU alumni as well as interested members of the public these events are free and include lunch so booking is essential. For the dates of our upcoming cafés and to book see our Eventbrite page.
